It's time to start thinking about attending the SCSRC 2022 Annual Conference, September 6-9, 2022. The SCSRC Program Committee is working to insure a great conference for 2022. There will be great lectures, food, an exhibit hall, and many opportunities to network. AARC membership MUST BE active at the time of the conference. Consider joining/renewing before choosing the non member rate. No personal checks please.

Things to Consider
We do encourage early registration when at all possible. There are preparations for each attendee that are made ahead of time that makes the registration process easier. Please note that, as the year progresses, the conference fees will increase. Registering early helps the SCSRC manage Conference costs, enabling us to offer lower rates for the early registrants.
Frequently Asked Questions
Conference fees cover your meals (breakfast each morning, Wednesday evening celebration dinner, Thursday lunch with the vendors), cost of sponsoring speakers, conference supplies, etc.

Yes, attendees must have on their name badge to enter conference events.
Yes, you can bring a guest; there is a guest fee and they must wear their guest badge to attend any event during the conference, i.e. meals, vendor hall, celebration party, etc.
The intent of the guest fee is to primarily help cover the meals for the guest (breakfast each morning, Wednesday evening celebration dinner, Thursday lunch with the vendors). Guests are not allowed in the lecture halls, and no CRCE will be awarded to guests.
Generally speaking, yes; refunds are handled on a case by case basis. There is a $10 non-refundable processing fee included in each registration fee.
Given the number of tasks that the program committee has to carry out, we ask that everyone respect the scheduled times for registration/check in at the conference. There will be signs on the doors to the conference center indicating the times that registration will open each day.
No, we will not accept personal checks at the door.
Hotel Information
HOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY AUGUST 4, 2022 - in other words, there will be no extensions of the deadline for hotel room reservations using the SCSRC rate.
