		<description><![CDATA[Fellow AARC/SCSRC Members, The 2012 SCSRC Board of Directors has approved changes to the SCSRC bylaws: 1) to allow for the elections process to be conducted by either electronic ballots or paper ballots and 2) to combine the Publications committee and the Web Design committees into one committee.  The bylaws, with the proposed changes, are on the scsrc.org website and will be available for your review for a 30-day period, which will begin May 1st and end May 31st.  Once this 30 day period has elapsed,<div class="readmore"><a href="http://www.scsrc.org/scsrc-news/changes-to-scsrc-bylaws/">Read More&#8594;</a></div>]]></description>
